Each year, the Orlando Business Journal honors local professionals who have promoted equity and inclusivity in the business community with their Diversity in Business awards.

At the awards ceremony this Pride month –– June 2022 –– Variosity founder Larry D. Smith, Esq. was “Deeply humbled to be among 14 honorees I respect, and completely surprised” to receive the OBJ’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his commitment to diversity throughout a career that now spans nearly four decades.
